Cesare Siepi ist definitiv einer der besten Basssänger aller Zeiten. Technisch nahezu perfekt, sanglich cantabel. Sein deutsch ist für mich aussergewöhnlich.

Habe noch nie einen fremdsprachigen Sänger so penibel deutsch singen hören.

Er gilt zurecht unter Sängern als absolutes Vorbild.

thats wunderbar, long phrases, the dark colour of the voice and a voice with "coperto", if you want to hear the opposite You can hear Thomas Quast, i dont like, he is not a base, may be a baritone, no bottom

His voice is dark yet 'bright'. So rare in low voices.
