She has a good voice, but not a great voice. Definitely not a Grammy-award winning voice, and both her low notes and high notes are weak.

@Teddyrockstheworld1 She's not an alto she's a soprano. Alto has heavier darker voices like Adele, plus, her range starts from a C3 Alto goes lower than that.

She's definitely an alto. And how I can tell is her range is an semitone lower than the soprano range, I have good ears and I can tell.
