A Nippon - Sharyo single-car test train heads westbound from Vermont Station. It stops at a green arrow for the cars west of Vermont Avenue. The train stops at the Crenshaw Station, which is nearside-stop-platform protected by lights. It then moves through the Buckingham Road gated grade crossing. It pulls slowly through the nearside-stop-platform, gate-protected Farmdale Station due to a 15 MPH speed limit there and then heads toward the La Brea aerial station fast.

  • Wow, I really hope the train is faster than this when it opens because right now you are able to easily go ahead of it and that's on a surface street. In LA a train MUST be faster than driving or else it won't attract much ridership. Metro needs more grade separation and/or street light signal preemption at grade.

  • Farmdale Speed Restriction is 10 MPH not 15 MPH
