Great job! Looks like you have very little left of the original canoe you bought though. You may want to consider Googling "stitch and glue" so you can build one from scratch. You can also get FreeShip software for free so you can design your own boat in 3D and then it does the plate development for you. That's how I did my canoe (see my clips).

I have that same engine! I just restored it it looks brand new. You should look online for the cover youre missing... they are easy to find. Cool setup
