  • One week aging isn't enough to get rid of the bitterness. You should let it age at least 3-4 weeks before drinking it. Trust me it will be better then.

  • @mieses2pieces I usually try some after one week in the bottles and then again after two weeks and so on! Cheers

  • go to your recycle depot and buy used bottles ! i hate when people use plastic pop bottles after all the work they put into there brew!
