Den Pobedi/Song About The Soviet Army - 2008 Palace Square

-День Победы и Песня о Советской армии- Taking place in Russia's Palace Square in Saint Petersburg, two very iconic Soviet songs are played during the 2008 Victory Day parade over Nazi Germany. "Den Pobedi" became a popular song during the late Brezhnev era in the USSR about aging war veterans on the day of victory. "Song About The Soviet Army" is the de-facto anthem of the Workers' & Peasants' Red Army. Never forget the sacrifice of all Allied soldiers of World War II.

@aerotoxicosis Read the history on the Great Patriotic War and you'll know why theres bitterness about Germany. The USSR lost nearly 30 million of her people to Nazi Germany in World War II, thats something you tend to remember.
