What is Hijab? (Hijaab (Muslim Veil), Hejab (An Act of Faith), Islamic dress for women)
There are many sisters who have failed to understand the actual meaning of Hijab. Hijab technically means covering. Islam desires the preservation of social tranquility and familial peace. Hence, it asks women to cover themselves in their inter-actions with men, whom they are not related to.

Why is Hijab necessary? (Hijabs, Hijab Pictures, Hijab Girls, Hijabi Fashion)
The dangerous consequences of the Western culture of nakedness and permissiveness are before us. We should think twice before blindly trying to imitate Western life-styles.

How should women observe Hijab correctly?
Basically, the dress of ladies should cover the whole body except the face and hands (i.e. palms and fingers). Hair should not be exposed because Islam considers it as half of the total beauty of women. The Hijab could be of any form and color, a one-piece chader or a three-piece ensemble, as long as it is not tight fitting and does not attract people's attention.

I presume all these so called educated women speakers live in the "Western" word and hence they want to take advantage of best of both worlds; also I like the way they seem to be competing in who has the best designed hejab. The worrying thing is that they live in the West and comment how the European invaded Islamic countries; but Arabs did the same thing one thousad year ago by going and invading other countries. And for an black African woman following an Arab ideology!!!!!

i think you need to go back and study your own religion properly because you obviously do not understand it. Jesus christ (pbuh) did not preach religious hatred which is what you are spreading by writing these comments. In oredr to understand your religions better i suggest you watch Joshua Evans speech abt why he turned to islam. This will help you understand why thousands evry day turn to islam despite u thinking it is a HATE FILLED religion.

I apologize if u think what I said was hatred. However, I dont apologize for what I said, I may not totally understand all aspects of islam, but I do know that there is hate within this religion. I still find it sad, I do feel like islamics are enslaved people following many rituals. Christianity is not just a religion of love, but is truly about a relationship between us and the Almighty creator. God longs to be in a relationship with his creation, but gives us a free will.

By criticizing muslims with such words, do u call ur self as a person who apply what Jesus has taught you? You just said chrisitan is all about love, why showing hatred then?

Your words shows you don't understand your teaching, where you was born and raise in christian teaching. How can you say about Islam WHEN u have no idea about it?

how could you ever go from a faith of Love as in Christianity to a religion of hate such as islam? Jesus Christ gives us freedom and your religion enslaves you. I find it so sad. Jesus gives us a relationship, islam gives you a dictatorship.
