  • You didn't mention the ratio of rice, water, yam. They are several kinds of yam. Which yam do you use?

    You don't have to measure/ratio it, just add water to the rice, and the water lever should be 0.25-0.3 inch above the rice. If you want softer rice, add little bit more water, etc. And I use RED ripe yam. Hope this can help, thx for watching.

    Thx, you can also add more water and make it into a congee/porridge. I really like to drink it as breakfast.
