@zavatone I did build one, its easy. get some copper pipes or Stainless Steal or what ever you have, fill it with a fluid, cover the pipes with a translucent glass pipe. pump out the air between the two pipes and you've got yourself a solar thermal steam plant, now just repeat the process to fit your needs, allow the steam to push past a tesla turbine that will never go bad due to cavitation along the blades "because it has no blades" then connect that to a generator, "wound wires by magnets"!

what they don't tell you is that solar photo voltaic energy is the least efficient of all the solar energy's.
Solar Thermal evacuative tube energy is far more reliable and produces several times as much power!
