reckless driving? Are you fucking kidding. The biker lost control and hit the other biker. And the guy who got hit by the other bike is getting arrested. Kinda like a person getting rear ended and then arrested.

It is an arrestable offense. It is called Reckless Driving and it is a Misdeameanor punishable by up to 1 year in jail.
