I had the benefit of taking Cameron Herold to the airport during his stay in Adelaide for Entrepreneurs Organisation. Unfortunately the ride was much shorter than i anticipated so we didn't get to go through all my questions.

You hired 220 people in 4 months, how did you do this logistically? What other factors allowed this to happen?
