I love it too. However, I would have tweaked the V/O somewhat if I were the announcer. This is how: Tritia and Nick would have been introduced as normal, and so would Jack Perkins, but I would have said "Stu Nahan on sports" and "Kevin O'Connell with (the) weather." Otherwise, great opening.

I miss John Beard! He left KNBC for KTTV many years ago and was replaced by Carlos Amezcua from KTLA about a year ago or so. Carlos is o.k., but John is better.
