Yep, exactly what Cambo91 said. The first bell is like a reminder to wrap it up and get to the finishing point, then if they get to the second bell [which Paul ALWAYS does XD] then it's like a final warning that if they better hurry up and let someone else have a go ;D Again, this is something Paul always seems to have trouble with lol.~
