2009 International Day of Dance Clips

The International Day of Dance is an annual event hosted by the Yoga College (Connie Reynolds) and Western Iowa Tech in Sioux City, IA. There were many dance styles represented in 2009 by students, hobbyists, and professional dancers.

The show included: Desert Angels (Belly Dance), Karen Thornton and Company (Country Line Dancing), Karnak (Ancient Egyptian Belly Dance Fusion), Desert Angels (Veil Belly Dance), Bob and Claudia Blenderman (Ballroom), Chihiro Ogawa and Shiyi Zhang (Asian Dance), Angela Kurth and Brittany Jaminet (Lyrical Dance), Liquid Hip Therapy (Belly Dance), Avha Halma and Shelley (Bhangra), Pam Calhoun (Zumba), Chelsea Higgins, Jenny Hook, Amanda Hook, and Sarah Kuiken (Tribal Fusion), Nichole Hosek and Ann from Liquid Hip Therapy (Raqs Sharqui), Desert Angels (Zar Dance), Sara Meyer (Jazz Solo), and Desert Angels (Saidi Cane Duet).

The 2010 International Day of Dance will be November 13th.
