  • o my gosh ur dog is really cute and i feel so bad 4 it id say if she does no better to seek serious medical attention

  • thank you, like I said before, she has been on a steroid/antihistamine and she has been problem free for about a few months now

  • Has he been tested for heartworms? Coughing and gagging are symptoms. I've never seen anything like this however. How is his energy level? Does he walk, eat, and sleep normally?

  • yes, she is negative for heartworms and everything else normal. she has been doing better since she has been on a steroid. thank you for your comment.

  • my cairn terrier has been doing this i switched his food and he hasnt done it since. they put antibiotics and stuff in it. he could have a food allergy

  • recently my beagle has started to hack up white foam/clear liquid and/or mucus. He's been doing it for a few days. I read that you can give dogs Pepto Bismol and we tried to give him some last night but surprisingly he didn't like it (he loves minty things but hates Pepto). I'm going to take him to the park today to try to get him to eat some grass and maybe I can get him to give me 1 good puke and get whatever is upsetting his stomach out.

Have you figured out what's causing this?

  • carpet fibers in his nasal cavity probally need surgury and that was gross

  • He probably likes licking the floor ( so he licks the floor ) and then just vomits because he ate something from the floor what he shouldn't of.

If not he might have a pain so he might think that licking the floor is better.

I would suggest calling the vet and taking him over to the vet if he is so not acting like hiself then hes got a serious problem.
