@grangersmith Yes and how true after a few generations we all are forgotten,unknown to the people who share our future genes a little,which is very diluted after a few generations too. A delicate balance in holding on respecting the past, relics,these graveyards are relics of the past.I am glad you want to preserve something of them. I feel the same way, realistically no one may care but someone may be curious, who knows? I have always been fascinated by the past,now I am becoming the past!

You do know that cremation is common in the US now, because it's much cheaper than a full body funeral! That you can have your cremated remains buried with a relative, only one as far as I know too..And last but not least, now it's become a law, a privileged in the US to be buried your ashes of course with your deceased pet in a pet cemetery which was out-lawed before. Wow what freedom we have now a days! LOL ;D
