Ever since the 1940's when universal water fluoridation was first considered, the issue has deeply divided Canadians.

You either saw fluoride as a necessary public service, providing universal dental care to both rich and poor or a repugnant communist plot to take away our basic rights.

This rift is evident in this heated exchange between the great fluoride opponent broadcaster Gordon Sinclair and Front Page Challenge mystery guest, Dr. Wesley Dunn, chairman of the fluoridation committee for the Health League of Canada and editor of the Canadian Dental Journal.


Rat and bug poison!
Toronto-based broadcaster Gordon Sinclair is vehemently against adding "poison" to our public drinking water.

City of Toronto had approved fluoridation in 1955, however protests and outcries, many spearheaded by Sinclair, means actual fluoridation of Toronto's water supply doesn't take place until years later.

Sinclair fervently objects to being forced to take medication he doesn't want. He sees it as a gross infringement of his basic rights.
• Despite Sinclair's crusading efforts Toronto begins to fluoridate its water supply in 1963. It follows years of tumultuous legal battles and a 1962 plebiscite which results in a hair-splitting vote of 50.1 percent in favour and 49.9 percent opposed.

the last thing i learned from my TV before i got rid of it 5y ago was to always use toothpaste with fluoride and never wash out my mouth after brushing teeth.

Ane one glass of milk a day for calcium.

I brushed my teeth twice a day, stoped washing out my mouth after brushing and drank milk.

2y ago my teeth began to break apart. I had to get dental fillings and crowns.

After i found ur channel i found lots of other videos in english and german that tell the true story about fluoride...thanx!

@NEUHEITEN100 Hopefully you got rid of the milk (dairy) as well. I was shocked when I learned the truth about fluoride. I wasn't as lucky as others, since I ended up with *hypothyroidism*. It altered my life considerably and I even quit my job as I was unable to function. You can only imagine how angry I am to think this could have been prevented. At the very least, people should have a choice - especially when it comes to our drinking water.

@DianeDi Yes, i got rid of milk and became a vegan.. Basicly because of the animals, but then i also leared that the digestion of milk takes more calcium out of ur body than it contains.

Its a shame fluoride made u sick. The people behind fluoridation belong in jail!

Fortunatly in germany they dont put fluoride in the water-at least thats what they say..

I got rid of my fluor.toothpaste but dont know what to use instead.they r all full af chem. Do u use paste whithout fluoride, or non at all?

@NEUHEITEN100 About the dairy products - good for you! When I found out just how unhealthy milk is, well I was so angry. Yes of course it's most definitely about the animals too - that is criminal, but I have found many science studies that say dairy is directly related to cancer cell growth, especially breast and prostate. Why is this not headline news? Because it would shut down this industry and take a lot of business from the cancer industry. Follow the money.

I don't know if you would have it over there. I used to buy Tom's of Maine, but then I found out Colgate bought them so I said forget it. If you have a health food shop, try there. I know this company also has an online store. I find this is easy to find here in many stores, maybe because everyone is waking up about fluoride.

Man do you know how smart society would get if we started to add Iodine to our water instead of Fluoride?IODINE INCREASES IQ,FLUORIDE DECREASES IQ! which one do you pick educate yourselves research iodine deficiency.Thats why Europeans are smarter then Africans cause we consume more iodine.Thats would help everyone so much.
