  • Thanks for the Video. The hint of sarcasm/humor in the video made me chuckle a bit.

  • Glad you caught that! This is a bucket, these are holes. Not that exciting, but I like visuals as much as the next guy. To tell you the truth, I don't even use two buckets anymore for my scraps. Just one. Not enough liquid to bother with. Whatever works.

  • Hey there Eyezwide. Glad you like it. You can see by the plastic nibs on my arm that it wasn't my first take. And I did the voice over with my internal mic. But it's good enough to get the gist of the thing right? My next projects are to film actually using the bucket and making the food digester. Seeing it done really does illustrate how EASY it is! Where do you teach the bokashi stuff? I think that's great. Keep spreadin' it around ;) -Thanks a bunch, Lisa

  • I thought this video was so good that I googled "The Lisa Solution" - and I bought buckets and the bokashi powder from her website. Only problem - it never showed up - and I can't get any answer from her. She's got my money and I've got a big fat nothin'. Just a word of warning!

  • What is this Bokashi composting & where to I learn more??

  • I did exactly the same thing circa 12/2008. glad to see this idea spread. it's so cheap and easy I keep 2 buckets on hand.

and to all doubters, plants growing on bokashi are LUSH

  • That's what I did as well. I'm glad you put a video out on it.

  • The best way for me to learn is what I meant..

  • Yeah I like Visuals to, best way to learn.

  • Thanks for the great visual. Way to go. This is exactly how I teach people how to make a bokashi bucket, I just don't have a video camera to film it.
