I was wondering the same. I found out through researching it that it was not coded into cs4. Kinda stupid in my opinion. Although, you can download it and install it as an addon. Which i had done and works perfectly, other than the fact that the extract is in spanish on mine. I don't speak spanish or know what it says, but i can manage. xD
