Russia and the EU hold a summit in Siberia expected to reflect Moscow's efforts to boost its role in Europe. Issues like energy, Kosovo, Chechnya and human rights also continue to cloud relationships between the two sides. So, could Russia and the EU overcome their differences during the Siberia summit? And how would Moscow boost its standing in Europe?
@khanbaliq More of like this, US got broke because he gambled his wife EU's money. Then their neighbor Russia earned a lot of money by selling oil and gas she found in her yard and was being courted by a newly promoted Chinese suitor. All the EU and the US could do was grumble in envy.

Sounds more like the E.U wants to buy Russian oil, but the political structure of the E.U is so flawed they cannot make a decision that will lead to a deal which is annoying for Russia.
I figured this would happen. They need more singular government.
