I was in Mainz in 1979 and with a Slovakian and a Peruvian friends, had the opportunity to see Grobschnitt live for the Volle Molle tour. I wasn't prepared for what i was going to hear and see, man, what a experience!! I'm a band's fan since then and have collected all their cd's and introduced their music to all my friends here in Guatemala. Keep the fantasy going!

@Eloy822 ...waooowww... you know there's many many great prog bands...but that's true... those men are very well respected in the genre...and it goes beyond german borders.... nice video and Rockpommels Land is a classic

Ich bin mittlerweile 48 und weiß noch genau wie meine Kumpels mich damals nach Feierabend, ich war in der Lehre, abgeholt hatten und wir sind nach Wipperfürth gefahren zum Illegal-Konzert. War geil! Und am 23.5. fahre ich mit meiner Frau zum Giller-Pfingstfestival und ich sehe Grobschnitt endlich wieder live. Ich freu mich riesig!!!

Mein erstes Konzert 1981 in Hamburg (CCH), war damals bei der Bundeswehr und wir sind dahin gefahren. Wir mußten nach 2 oder 2,5 Std. das Konzert verlassen, weil wir wieder in die Kaserne mußten...
Seit 2008 sehe ich Grobschnitt wieder live und es ist genial wie damals. Schaut euch das an in 2010, sie sind wieder unterwegs...

Mein erstes Konzert war Grobschnitt in Mülheim, bei welchem die Bühne unabsichtlich angefackelt wurde. War auf vielen weiteren Ihrer Konzerte und muss sagen, es waren immer spezielle, mit keine anderen Band vergleichbare Konzerte. Danke für viele schöne Stunden.
