Remember "Big City Life" the 2005 smash hit single from UK duo Mattafix? Well, the former frontman Marlon Roudette is now about to kick off his solo career with the October 24th release of his debut EP Riding Home.
Now signed to Warner Bros. Records, the London-based singer-songwriter has been busy grafting away on his solo debut album release Matter Fixed that will be released in 2012. The 4 track EP will give us an early preview of the songs he's been cooking up which are influenced by Roudette's globetrotting past with Jamaican, Middle-East and African influences alongside Hip hop and R&B sensibilities.
We are proud to present this exclusive acoustic performance of "Riding Home" from the forthcoming EP which was filmed in a secret location somewhere in the English countryside.
