I'm sure it does work, if you're training to be a professional body builder, but the average guy who is trying to gain a little bit of weight will only need about half of what you said. Also, there is NO universal amount of protein that you need. Everyone is different, and protein needs vary upon your current weight, age, and fitness levels.

Since you didn't tell us your "secrets" I'll go ahead and tell everyone, asshole. You need to take in at least 6,000 calories and 2 grams of protein per pound that you weigh. Creatine is also helpful and drinking at least a gallon of water per day. Red meat and yams! Also, doing squats and drinking alot of milk helps. Lastly, lift heavier weight but less reps NOT less weight more reps. Once again, asshole.
