  • @ylandemaran I don't think the fact that animals eat something has any bearing on human nutrition. Wolves eat the partially digested stomach contents of their prey, if you tried to eat moose vomit you'd probably die. Likewise the fact that chocolate poisons dogs doesn't mean anything unless you're a dog. Different foods. Different animals.

  • @mundor21 those are "dates" I think. You can hear it well at 2:26 when he repeats what he used so far.

  • what's the name of the second ingredient? thanks

  • about raw cacao: "So benefitial to the human body, and the animals as well". Are you sure about that? feeding cacao to dogs can kill them... or is there another meaning to the animal-part, that i didn´t get?

  • peanut butter is not raw, dude. It's roasted.

  • I like this video! Wonderful advice as i'm going to slowly start a vegetarian diet and i'll take the advice to use cacao and dates in a shake! usually i just blend banana, nuts and strawberries or persimmons... But i'll try this one!!

  • by the way, i bought some cacao yesterday... cocoa and cacao - they are different, i went in several different health shops to find one that had it though. You can get it in powder or little grains..

  • thats what i was wondering, ive gone in about ten different shops asking for cacao and they always say no, unless you mean cocoa?

  • Is cacao and cocoa the same thing?

  • without the glutamine, is it completely unbeneficial? or is the glutamine optional?
