USA using Patriot Act against its own citizens

Sixteen-year-old Ashton Lundeby's bedroom in his mother's Granville County home is nothing, if not patriotic. Images of American flags are everywhere on the bed, on the floor, on the wall.

But according to the United States government, the tenth-grade home-schooler is being held on a criminal complaint that he made a bomb threat from his home on the night of Feb. 15.

More and more people are wakeing up to what is going on, but most are uninformed or worse misinformed. I was one of them, a lot of what I thought I knew was not accurate people need to watch Micheal Badnarik on youtube. People need to understand their Rights. He is the best I have ever heard explaining the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

the woman said something rather not true at the end, even in third wold countries such as mine there is actually more terrorism, but no this abuses against inoccent people, she should have compared to say nazi germany or something like that, that comparasion is inappropriate when talking about poverty

Im not even american and if i had those bill of rights i would not let them go,ppl have to get up some guts,,but the smartest thing would be to be educated,become lawyers judges,cops to stop them in their tracks ,,and one needs an honest person that cannot be bought off,,if ppl did this,,you could then be in the position to arrest them as you have all the backing : )

this cant be happening but it is,these people are criminals,why isnt anyone taking them to court?surley theres someone out there thats a solicitor that can do something,you have a constitution(the best in the world) they are blantantly ignoring it,when Obama takes his oath it says to uphold the constitution,,he is not doing that ,,surley this calls for impeachment ,,something needs to be done,

It's even worse than you think, I do not support the patriot act, as it is unconstitutional and anyone who signed it broke their oath to the Constitution, and furthermore betrayed the Sovereign Citizens of America.

the patriot act your allowed secret charges and secret evidence and secret grand jury testimony the patriot act is pretty much modelled on the soviet criminal act which setup the kgb aparatus and allowed ppl to make allegations against their neighbours without identifying themselves and it a set off the whole gulag system.
