USA using Patriot Act against its own citizens

Sixteen-year-old Ashton Lundeby's bedroom in his mother's Granville County home is nothing, if not patriotic. Images of American flags are everywhere on the bed, on the floor, on the wall.

But according to the United States government, the tenth-grade home-schooler is being held on a criminal complaint that he made a bomb threat from his home on the night of Feb. 15.

After all, why would you say that the government doesn't care about what *you* do, otherwise? Do you not care if others get abused by the government, or are you saying it hasn't and won't happen? Are you so naive as to believe that such a ridiculous amount of power won't be abused at any level or by anyone? Finally, your comment leads me to believe that you don't care about the constitution, and that you therefore don't care about a government that follows rules; you desire a lawless government.
