I bought an 83 Ranger for $400, gas version. Pretty badass. It needed some work, but I got it all done and it's amazing. You have a cool truck there.

I have an 83 also, but i have the 2.8L V6. 5 speed though <3 :) i love it, and i think i will probably never sell it.

I love this,my 83 has 2.3 and Im haveing major problems with cracked heads.I guess the last one was the wrong Casting number as I understand it.I wish someone could shed some light on this problem as I have 450.00 in a cracked head again..But diesel would be the wy to go lost in a problem.Go Perkins 2.2

i have a 84 ranger with a 2.2 diesel over a million miles on it and still runs strong 4 speed trans it wuz my dads when he died i restored it i love it how many of these trucks even exist? cuz i know its rare

I want ONE, so bad! This is about the rarest Ford Ranger Diesel ever made. Too bad when Ford stopped making the Ranger Diesel. They should make the power stroke versions of the new Ranger P/U's.

The truck you see is in really bad condition. It has been sitting in a junk yard for 2 years. I have an 84 gas ranger body that i am in the process of installing all the components in. I will have a new video of it when i get it completed. Oh by the way i gave $400 Bucks for the truck
