The lesson from this scene is that we can you the institutions of the elite to change the way the world work, against their will. Only living in a fantasy created by the elite and not doing anything what they haven't suggested to us keeps us under their control and away from our freedom. By doing something substantial on television, we can change how people are and take power from the elite and give it to the people (partially)

The mayor of scranton pa has used our city, every taxpayer penny and every asset we own to try to buy his way to higher office. In doing so, he has financially ruined us for at least the next 30 years. His name will forever be attached to reckless greed, mass corruption and incredibly irresponsible administration.

Realize the propaganda:

"I don't want you to protest or riot. I don't want to write to your congressman BECAUSE I don't know what to tell you to write... ALL I KNOW IS FIRST YOU'VE GOT TO GET MAD!"

MAD == I'm a human being, My life has value!

then HE WANTS U TO PROTEST, RIOT, AND WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN!

We should approach issues NOT FROM EMOTION but logically, rationally, and systematically-- just like the government media propaganda performs their [non] actions!

strength in numbers.

In the movie people were screaming, which is not rational, but they were expressing their feelings for the first time. Don't deny their feelings but give them the power to act according to them.

StellarMortem needs to get out more. Or at least learn to listen to what's heard and look at what's seen, not just let it bounce off because it doesn't apply to him. Perhaps.

Stellar, go fight a politician's war. Make friends and watch them die needlessly in your arms, then talk shit... Be in the wrong place at the wrong time, when someone else brings their vendetta across the path of you and yours, then talk shit about how things aren't that bad. Knock on wood, because things ARE out of control (compared to your apparent comfort level) for hundreds of millions worldwide. Shit happens all around and you mock the desire to stand against oppression?

How funny that a film from the mid-seventies captures all the bullshit going on more than 30 years later with liberals and socialists making the world and their own countries out like the sky is falling and things are so out of control nowadays- BULLSHIT!

30 years from now people will still be bullshitting about things and how the world is so bad and the economy and war and racism and on and on and on.....
