Kasrvnotebook: Brutal Truth is a New York City-based band that was formed in 1990 by ex-Anthrax and Nuclear Assault bassist Dan Lilker. The group disbanded in 1999, but have recently reformed and are working on a new album. Brutal Truth was one of the pioneers of extreme metal who enjoyed world wide success, particularly in Japan and Australia. Kevin Sharp was a member of Damaged, the Paisley Rednecks and Brutal Truth. He is now singer for Venomous Concept.

KASR VIDEO was a weekly 2 hour offshoot of the Arizona State University's original alternative radio station that aired on public access in Phoenix. The music video show featured rarely scene and new music not in the "main stream." Along with non-conventional interviews it became a guilty pleasure with the midnight party crowd.
