Cigar Box Spice Can Reso "The Pianoman" for Doc WIlliamson

This was a custom build for bluesman, Doc Williamson. It's a 4 string with a Nantucket Offshore spice can for a resonator. Doc is primarily a piano player. Hence, the Pianoman theme for the guitar.

Doc is a lefty...so, please excuse my horrible attempts at upside down playing...LOL As per usual, I made this video at 4 AM after putting the last coat of Lemon Oil on before shipping to FL. Check out videos of Doc elsewhere on here. He can definitely play this growler better than I can. ;)

I'm the guy that owns this masterpiece guitar and it plays and sounds as great as it looks. I've had this about a year and use it at almost every gig I play. Eric, I wish you could hear all the "ooos" and "ahhhs" your guitar gets when I take it out and play it. I use it exclusively for slide and it has tone to die for. Thanks Eric!

I love the fret inlays on this one man and also the fleur de lies (i'm not sure if I spelled that right). I wish I had the right tools and experience to build my necks and do the fretting work. Great one man....even though I like your other one with danelectro lipstick pickups waaaay better. :) Thanks for the inspiration.
