@SophiaSpravtseva don't boil them, just use them raw. boiling them will kill the active ingredients to help prevent acne (sulfur).

@NathalieCouture42 I used potatoes for my face and it has definately helped my scars and active acne. I used it every other day b/c I have sensitive skin. It didn't get rid of everything but has definately helped more than any medication my dermatologist ever prescribed. Tomato juice I have not tryed yet. But I know it is very good for scars.
