This slideshow features 9 handsome, hot hunks with scrutiny (B-list and below), unlike most celebrity lists (especially People's "Sexiest Man Alive"), which feature blatantly famous (A-list) actors (Pitt, Clooney, Depp, etc.) and lack scrutiny. On a scale of 1 to 10, these men rate from 8.0 to 9.5. Did I have to tell you that this is my opinion?

Please excuse the fact that they are mostly underrated white American actors. Please comment if you have any non-white suggestions.
