this is unbelievable, he talks about cultural restoration/preservation, but what about the environment? i feel sorry for those swiftlets for losing their nest just for this show. isn't it against the law to harvest swiftlet nests?

Wow, that underground river is beautiful. I dunno about eating worms, though. I would have to try it once to make a decision on it.

I think it would be an adventure to try some of the foods there. I mean, Americans aren't really that creative with their food choices, in general. I bet you could lose some serious weight if you at like the Philippinos do

Taking the food source of the nestling it is not very trendy and culturally interesting.

i enjoy the sight and sound of the philipines
but the only thing i didn't like was the part with Zimmern - he gave culinary delight and culture a bad name. Most distateful he promote and glamorises obesity
