Creo que mas que ser un gran maestro, titulo que se ha ganado sin embargo, en mi particular pienso que es una persona sencilla,humilde y tiene amor por su trabajo. tan simple como eso, la majestuosidad la expresa con su humildad. pienso que mas que alabarlo, es saber que nosotros los venezolanos sepamos que no somos inferior a nadie, tampoco superiores y que SI PODEMOS hacer cosas buenas. Sigamos el ejemplo de los que si logran el exito!!! TODOS PODEMOS SER EXCELENTES EN LO QUE HACEMOS.

Dudamel has the type of enthusiasm and the stars in his eyes that makes people want to do the best for him because you can see he really cares and it's done out of great love. I would want to do 150% for him simply because he doesn't have to get an attitude. Just the way he speaks with people is enough to open anyone up. This type of personality is so easy to want to work for, easy in a good way. I'd do 150% for this guy if only for the way he speaks. I'm a huge fan.
