  • @dinamiaesthetics That sounds like something I may try, right now though I am going through a wee growth sprout with training every bodypart every 4 to 5 days but always mixed up in different orders. I think maybe one day I will have to return to my mon/wed/fri full body workouts, when I am an old geezer that is.

  • @CraigSips Actually I'll take that back. I've did full body for a month and grew like a weed. Also it made me go back and check my form & everything. I do one full body day along with my three day a week splits.

  • @dinamiaesthetics its good for beginers only... in my honest opinion.

  • @jasondelauro that how I started when I was 15, did that for 2+ years and made excellent gains. Sometimes I would do legs in the AM and upper body in the PM. Once the growth starts to slow then you can change up to every seperate bodypart per workout but by then your body is accustomed to training and can take a lot of excersise easily without overtraining.

  • @jasondelauro how long have you been training

  • I've been getting good results from following the old-school 3x week full body routine. The guys from that era (Steve Reeves, Reg Park, and Leroy) knew what they were doing. When my results start slowing, I'll try this high-volume arm routine.

  • I've done full body, but the shit just doesn't work for me. My gains started coming from splits.

  • Thanks for the video.
