Hot Tub Tim Machine Storyline:
Three friends on losing streaks: Adam, whose girlfriend dumped him, Nick, with a dead-end job and a cheating wife, and Lou, a suicidal alcoholic. To help Lou recover from car-exhaust poisoning, Adam and Nick, with Adam's nephew Jacob, go to a winter resort that was their old party place. It's now a dump, but the lads rally for a night of drinking in the hot tub. Somehow, the hot tub takes them back to 1986, on a fateful night for each of them. Maybe if they do everything the same way they did that night, they'll get back to the future so Jacob can be born. There are serious temptations to do things differently. Will they make it back to their sorry lives? And what about Jacob?

How To Train Your Dragon Storyline:
Long ago up North on the Island of Berk, the young Viking, Hiccup, wants to join his town's fight against the dragons that continually raid their town. However, his macho father and village leader, Stoik the Vast, will not allow his small, clumsy, but inventive son to do so. Regardless, Hiccup ventures out into battle and downs a mysterious Night Fury dragon with his invention, but can't bring himself to kill it. Instead, Hiccup and the dragon, whom he dubs Toothless, begin a friendship that would open up both their worlds as the observant boy learns that his people have misjudged the species. But even as the two each take flight in their own way, they find that they must fight the destructive ignorance plaguing their world. Written by Kenneth Chisholm

cenk admitted himself that he'd like to think he's the paula abdul of whattheflick. there's 2 legit critics and there's cenk who's the layman in the discussions. imo, this is a fun format. cenk not only mediates but also acts as an 'ice-breakeer' or 'comic relief'. seriously, without him the show turns into a lesser version of 'at the movies'. so yes, cenk must stay!

Ben is a jerk. The 80s ROCKED. And this film looked "totally awesome."

There were 5 types of dragons, but there was no mention of babies or female dragons, it was just assumed they were all male. The hundreds of dragons were just clones of 5 types of dragons, they were all the same size with no variety. In Cars, every car was different. If was I a dragon fan I'd be disappointed. But if I was a kid, I would enjoy it. The end when Hiccup loses his leg, that was really sudden and then the movie ended. It didn't really ease into it, for the kids, or me lol.

I disliked Ben Mankiewicz as host of the political TYT, but on the movie review show he's easily the best. Division of labour worked out well.

Cenk is only the most reasonable man in america. Ben and Matt represent everything I hate about movie critics, self pretentious assmunches. Hot Tub Time Machine is clearly Anchorman quality, if not Better. Cenk please, keep on regulating, America is on your side, don't listen to those film libs. Which I'm glad you don't.
