Thanks Ram Desh. Interesting. I had a teacher teach this to me a little differently... Not 3x per breath. I would love to double check this with someone else, because often Guru Rattana books have inconsistencies with other "KRI approved" meditation sets as given by Master Yogi Bhajan. Also, if you do the meditation with the music, there is no space made for the breath (3x) in the music, but the Naad of the music by Guru Ganesha is correct AFAIK (as far as I know).

One thing, I had the volume turned all the way up on the video and also my laptop and still could not hear you Ramdesh real good.
