When the Sesame Street producers sue you for infringement, don't cry. I've read many similar cases where such infringement was NOT protected by the First Amendment.

But if someone not connected with Sesame Street produced a video without their permission, then that's a violation of youtube rules, as well as an illegal infringement of patented or copyrighted materials.
