My 10 year old got 3 deer by playing by the rules. Deer hunting is so easy why do idiots got to break the law. Poaching isn't hunting, its breaking the law and the jail time and fines should be way higher.

I wouldn't put it as "easy" but I agree with you. Why can't you lease or buy some property and manage for deer and not break the law. I'm 13 and I've killed 4 deer without doing this. I have caught a poacher get out of his car and wrote down his license plate # and he got caught

@jimthebaptist67 - hunting isn't always easy, and when you have litterally seconds to shoot before the buck runs off. You shoot as quickly as you can! When I was a kid, I saw 2 or 3 deer a season, you miss the shot, you go hungry! Walk in somebody elses shoes before you judge them. (no I never poached). but I got a lot of unfilled deer tags!

This is definately not entrapment. If you see a car parked at the store with keys in it, does that make it ok to take the car. Or take a bicycle thats laying in someone else's front yard just because it's there? Nope.

there are limits on how far away from the road you gotta be, in sc its like 100ft or 50yds or something. so if they got out walked about 50yds then shot they would be legal, but prob would get some kind of fine anyways, they find something to fine u about if they dont like what your doing

it's illegal because it's not deer season.
