  • How weird is it that I am looking into this type of living and am going to move to Texas to do it, when there is this community in my own town!! LOL

  • Very cool! Excellent concept and approach to active, efficient, Andy practical, cohabitation -- a reasonable, seemingly viable hybrid of individual & commune living. I especially like the idea warmer community living, similar to my childhood neighbor & surrounding neighborhoods in my town. Outside of that, more than 30 years ago, and my brief one-tour U.S.Army stint, I do recall seeing a community like this socially. I miss that experience. I'd live to live it again.

  • WOW! Very insprirational!! Thanks!

  • Excellent real estate video

  • Wonderful video. It really captures the feel of this kind of neighborhood. If I was not already happily living in a cohousing neighborhood in Colorado, I would surely consider moving into one of the available homes in this community.

  • Very informative and interesting video presentaion! I had no idea what co-housing was... but now; well, now I want to know more. Makes sense.

  • LaQuerencia is an incredible place to live!I hope that those seeing the video come away with a feel of what community and home really are. We share, we care. I feel good, knowing that I'm contributing to a way of life that helps our earth through green building and responsible consumption. In addition to all that, we have a huge amount of fun!

  • This video is a great representation of the feel of the community. I love living in cohousing. I have great neighbors. I enjoy the projects we do as a community and common meals are the best. Great place for my son to grow up, too.

  • As a happy cohousing resident for almost 14 years now, I'd just like to say that the comments here sound very familiar. A cohousing community is a great way to have a "cool" neighborhood. It works on many levels and my favorite stuff is just the little, day-to-day things that happen naturally and are easier when you know your neighbors. Cohousing has been very good for my family and, with over a hundred communities nationwide, it seems to work for lots of other folks, too!

  • What a great video LaQ cohousers. It was fun to see all of you and it really captured the warmth, beauty and friendly spirit that so impresses people when they first visit your community. You've created a wonderful home and it really shows. I miss you all and hope everyone is well. Chuck B.
