@scsilversmith .........i realize ur question is 2 years old, but what the hey......I always wash my jeans (any jeans) inside out. I have two black pairs that are almost a year old and still look great. I then air dry them inside and when they are pretty much dried, I throw them into the dryer on a low setting to get the hard,crisp feeling out. Wha la......

So, in the end, we learn nothing? Lol. Let me just explain that you should always always try on clothes at a store. Never get them online or through another person (ie your parents) because it will NOT be as form-fitting or as cleanly cut. On top of that, it might not even be the one you want or look as good as you first thought.
