I think that it's a sad day when people don't hold their "leaders" accountable for their actions. Greed and having a lack of integrity should be frowned upon, and illegal activity should go prosecuted. I listen to Bishop Ellis' songs on YouTube often, and many times it has helped me to get through tough times. That doesn't excuse what he's done, and the CHURCH should be the CHURCH and stand in direct opposition of leaders who betray the trust of hte public and the people that they serve!

I was told by a backsilder back in the day on my job that there was and is going to be 2 major sins that seem to hover over the church.
Sex and/or money -but with God and God on the INSIDE ...that can change!

Oh my God, I didnt know Bishop Ellis was in jail! I will just have to be in prayer for him, and NOT talk about him. God is the righteous judge and will bring all things to His holy judgement. However, I know him to be a real and true man of God, I admire His ministry and will continue to, and I thank God for that mighty army of a Church body, called the Apostolic Pentecostal Church at Morgan Park! What a awesome Apostolic Church! Keep lifting up the highest name of God, JESUS!

I wrote him and told him that he will be MORE great and anointed then before! His latter end will be greater than before! He wrote back very encouraged and still happy in Jesus! You can't beat a ministry of love and God's forgiveness like a person who has been through it and felt it. Look out world!!!
