Video Produced by Thomas R Zaleske
Matrix Dental Laboratory and Consulting

This super low decibel producing machine uses compressed air to create a venturi effect to create vacuum for forming a host of specialized thermal plastic sheets. This machine is ideal for dental offices that prefer to make their own bleach trays, chairside temps, athletic mouthguards, bruxism appliances, ect. Dental laboratories and offices appreciate low decibels, small countertop footprint, and optional bead blockout to faciltate quicker fabrications

  • I like the vaccum machine, but I do not see practical that it does not have an electric vaccum motor. It limits the operational area to a very small space in the dental lab. Anyway awesome video!
