@alarin612 That's a very interesting view. I haven't ever come across someone where that is really a factor. Are you in the military or have family in the military?

The reason I liked the first movie so much is because of their accurate portrayal of the military. The General is played up as a consciencious, even heroic man who has this ... monster on the loose. From what I could pick up in the second movie, the General is kind of a vindictive, vengeful jerk.
How the military is portrayed in a film has a lot to do with how much I like it.
