The Late Show with David Letterman / Letterman - 'Vogue' Editor, Anna Wintour

Vogue is as much of an art magazine as it is a fashion magazine. I think that Anna is amazing.

People seem to hate or love this woman. Except for the negative influence high fashion has on the health of young women I do not understand how you could adore or hate such a vacuous industry.

There are so many brilliant and creative women in the world it is just pathetic that this woman would be at the top of anyone's list.

I really dont think she's a bitch. She knows the value of hard work and in an industry such as that you have to be assertive and decisive.She has to be doing something right if she's been the editor of vogue for so long. People love working with her because she's good at what she does and her name alone can open up so many doors for you in different industries outside fashion

I didn't realise she was british, she seems to have picked up a slight american accent but you can still tell she has british roots

@jenhearts257: Please remember that you only saw one side of her and that is the Late-Show-with-David-Letterman side. You have no idea how she is in person, behind the scenes, with her family or whatever. She may be a good person, I am not saying she isn't, just that you need to keep the perspective that we are seeing Anna in a specific context at a specific time.

I understand that-- I think she is portrayed as this "evil" person because she puts up a "cold" front. -- I have a lot of respect for her
