Using the musicfootage in a movie, in a game, on a metalradio, either way it is solely to promote their product thus making the band more popular. It is merely a positive thing if you care for the success of Moonspell, so don't go apeshit about it.

There could be a THOUSAND reasons. Maybe the song featured in a movie and needed to be cut or edited, or in any other context where the original length would be too much. You were better off just stating that this is not the full version and you recommend people to go listen to the original instead, since it's better, in YOUR opinion. A lesson of life. Peace out.

This song is not a rip off, it's a shorter version. The original version is different, but not necessarily better, your opinion is not universal and doesn't apply to every other person, stop being so self-centered. The uploader doesn't suck, you do. I'm going to assume you're 14 years of age at maximum and have yet to develop a sense of mild logic and reasoning
