@ImSoOffended Right. But the thief was using the gun to rob a store, I don't think the law or his gun license allows the gun to be used in burglary.

The shopkeeper should be arrested for stealing that gun. You have the right to bear arms and the guy was only standing there with his LEAGALLY ALLOWED firearm.
