@ssjg0ten actually it "essentially" isn't if you look at the history of why black people are called niggers and white ppl are called honkeys black people were thought of as not human and it is why they were called niggers while honkey still being an insult is still refering to a white person as a human being at the origin that is why the word is so offensive that being said i am black and i use it but just thought you might wanna know why some black people are offended by it it's the history
