Steeplechase (Friday morning - Test Week). An individual test with candidates running against the clock over a 1.8 mile cross country course. The course features a number of water obstacles and having completed the cross country element, candidates must negotiate an Assault Course to complete the test.

@Browno86InnitBlud this is true, it depends on what company you want to go for because they specialise. I had to do mine in french guyana because i chose 4th, Those two weeks in that jungle were the worst two weeks of my life lol. They were funny though thinking back on it.

nah failed miserably lol. ADSC times would have said i could do it, but the one thing i didnt factor in was YORKSHIRE HILLS!! haha big fuckers they are..

You get like 2 or 3 chances to do P company we were told on PRAC depending on how muhc of a mong you are.
