Humming Bird Nest

This is my new neighbor Lucy the Humming Bird. I was fortunate enough to have an enchanted visitor. The Humming bird came to nest in my front porch tree and laid her first egg on May 10th. She has been working on the nest since late April. When I first saw the beginning of the nest I thought it was a cocoon but it grew and turned into the most charming little humming bird nest. A few weeks later I noticed her first egg. Lucy was on her way to raising a little Humming Bird family!
